A L I T T L E R E V I E W F R O M T H E Q U O N C E R T :

Hi amigos!!
Yesterday was the Salamanca 17 July Quoncert and this is my review!!!
Me and my girlfriend M. Jose (another Quo fan since we meet, hehehe!) were the day before the concert in Salamanca. The band was there from the same day and they were in the same chair & table from the same bar but before us, aarg!!!
They were visiting all the museums (Rhino, Rossi & Andy). The next day we met with members from our brand new Quo spanish fan club, Powered By Quo, people from Bilbao, Jaen, Caceres, Gijón, Baracaldo, Cordoba, Barcelona, Madrid...
Nacho & Jose brought their electric guitars and we had a "little" Quo session , and I say little cos we played only three parts from songs like Caroline, Dont Waste my time & Softer Ride cos a man without good manners say to us to stop the music....
Minutes later the band came in by bus and Rhino came out and said that later the band would be with us to sign and all that stuff....
But they were veeeery tired about the hot, the band were worried about this and always were asking if at 10:30 will be the same.....
A very kindly lady came later and say to us that the band wont be with us . We said that we wanted the band came out cos we had special presents for them (wine, cheese, etc..)....minutes later the girl say ok, but the band only wanted the people with presents to came in, not the rest (uuuuuuuuuh, bad thing for everyone that were waiting for hours to have only a photo or a sign or simply to say hello!!). It was not a very good moment for everyone there, "they only want the presents!!!" ....
Andy was sleeping and Rick was "training" for the concert. Matt was eating...
We went to have a drink (it was a very hot day!!) where Rhino was eating as well and we wait till the concert.
Ah! The rehershal : Short one, with Dont Waste My Time, Heavy Traffic and Creeping Up On You!!!!! ( a surprise!!) But any of these songs were played later.
The show was a veeery good one (although I liked more the Barcelona one). The set list was the same as usual these days :

No Juniors Wailing although we asked heavily for it!!
There were great moments as usual with people and good and funny moments with us!! and the sound was great. It was in a bullring and there were 4000 persons, greaaaaaaaaaatt!!
The band finished the show (Rick was great!!! he looked younger and his hair was longer as well !!) and quickly they were to the hotel cos next day (today) they would play in Vigo (Nachooooooo I want a revieeeeeew!!!)
Next time I´ll have a present to have my T-shirt signed! Hehehe!!
